Rain Out Policy (Acts of God)

In the event a weather oriented situation or act of god causes the event to be cancelled after the event is more than half over or the main event has been run, then the admission obligation to the event will be considered fulfilled in such case the event will be considered complete.

 

The determination is at the sole discretion of Colorado Motorsports Park “The Park” Officials and is not subject to dispute.  We will try to do the right thing for the fans but many times we can not duplicate such events due to scheduling  and must make the tough call.

 

If the event is less than half over and the event is cancelled then the ticket may be used at one of the next two following scheduled race events, not an entertainment event unless specifically stated in the event materials or on this Website. 

 

Remember Colorado Motorsports Park “The park” has indoor  facilities and shelter for spectators.  Weather conditions may delay the event and if it is deemed a temporary inconvenience  by Colorado Motorsports Park “The Park” official’s, then delays may be as long as 2 two hours before cancellation.  That said Colorado Motorsports Park “The Park” officials  will monitor conditions closely and make the determination as soon as possible.

 

A voucher will be given upon exit at the gate which must accompany the original ticket at one of the next two events in order to be admitted.
